Purchased a 2000 Honda Nighthawk 250cc today.  $1,000 from the original owner who has the receipts to show the recent work he has done on it to get it roadworthy after it sat for years (new carb, tires, etc).  Starts up & idles fine so I’m looking forward to titling it & riding it.  Should, in theory, get over 70 mpg so that part I’m really looking forward to with its 3 gallon tank.
